OUR FOOD
Classics with a twist

We crave what you do. Timeless favorites and simple dishes built around fresh ingredients and warm flavors. It’s easygoing food that you can feel good about eating. Our menus love vegans and vegetarians, too… Because we are!

WHERE WE ARE

A familiar fixture in the John Dunn Shops

Our Grille anchors the Town of Taos’ iconic open-air walkway.
Street parking is available on Bent Street or Taos Plaza.

Find us on the patio or meet us inside the Dining Room… at the bar!

It’s not just about being a chef. I love making food, but when someone else has a bite of that food and you see the radiance in their face, it’s the whole enchilada.

Who We Are

We love good food and inviting spaces.

Guillermo Casarrubias and Linda Gutekunst first came to Taos in 2018, to work at the Ski Valley after dropping everything and semi-retiring.

“The mountain called us… we had to answer!

Guillermo has been cooking in professional kitchens and opening restaurants for 33 years, from Mexico City to Chicago, Boulder CO and West Hollywood, CA, and the partners share a passion for doing hospitality right.

“Sometimes being greeted by a smiling face is everything,” Linda adds. “Feeling welcome happens in all the little details that make the dining experience memorable throughout the meal, one bite at a time. It’s a genuine goodbye that shouldn’t really end. We always want the guest to take something away that makes them want to come back!
