We’re a neighborhood restaurant in the heart of the Downtown Historic District.
(Last seating at 3:15 p.m.)
We crave the same things you do: Timeless favorites and simple dishes built around fresh ingredients and warm flavors. Easygoing food that you can feel good about eating. Our menus love vegans and vegetarians… because we are, too!
A familiar fixture in the John Dunn Shops
Our Grille anchors the corner of Taos’ iconic open-air mall and historic walkways.
Street parking is available on Bent Street and the Taos Plaza. Nearby lots include John Dunn Shops, Guadalupe Church, Civic Plaza, and Loretto.
We are right across from Lamberts, Governor Bent’s Museum, and Op-Cit Books.
Look for our iconic red patio umbrellas!
Guillermo Casarrubias and Linda Gutekunst came to Taos in 2018 after dropping everything and retiring.
“The mountain called us… we had to answer!“
Guillermo has been professionally cooking and opening restaurants from Mexico City to Hollywood for over 35 years. The partners share a passion for doing hospitality right.
“Sometimes being greeted by a smiling face is everything,” Linda says. “Feeling welcome happens in all the little details that make the dining experience memorable throughout each and every bite. We always want guests to take something away that makes them want to come back!”
